Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Mobile Notary Service
Rescheduling:

Clients are allowed to reschedule once with at least 24 hours' notice.

Reschedule requests with less than 24 hours' notice may require a new booking.

Cancellations:

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may receive a partial refund minus a $15 processing fee.

Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
Wedding Officiating
Retainer:
A non-refundable retainer of $100 is required to secure your wedding date and time. This retainer is applied toward your total officiant fee.

Final Payment:
The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the ceremony. Late payments may result in cancellation without refund.
Cancellation:

Cancellations made more than 14 days before your event will only forfeit the retainer.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the ceremony are non-refundable in full.
Rescheduling:

One reschedule is allowed at no additional cost with at least 7 days' notice, subject to availability.

Additional changes or late reschedules may incur a fee.
Apostille Assistance
Rescheduling:

Clients are allowed to reschedule once with at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations requested before submission to the state are eligible to receive a partial refund minus a $25 processing fee.

Once the documents are submitted to the state the service is non-refundable.
