Every Signature Co.™ T-shirt is made to order just for you—which means we don’t hold stock, but we do hold high standards. While we don’t offer returns or exchanges for sizing or preference issues, we absolutely stand behind the quality of our products. If something arrives damaged or with a manufacturing issue, we’ll make it right.

Return & Refund Policy

At Signature Co.™, all of our products are custom-made just for you through a trusted print-on-demand partner. This means every item is made to order and uniquely created once purchased. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges if the wrong size, color, or style is ordered, or if you simply change your mind.
However, if your order arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing issue, we’re happy to make it right. You may be eligible for a free replacement or refund if you report the issue within 30 days of delivery.
To request a refund or reprint:

Please use our contact form and include a clear photo showing the issue

There’s no need to return the damaged item

If multiple items are affected with the same design, a group photo (or video) showing all the items in one frame may be required
Refunds will be issued to your store credit balance first, which can then be transferred to your original payment method. If your payment was made in a currency other than USD, your refund will be returned directly to the original payment method.
Please note:

We are not responsible for orders placed with the wrong size or color

For unsuccessful deliveries, we offer either a reprint for an additional fee or a partial refund

For DTG (direct-to-garment) items, a 0.5” variation in print placement is considered normal and not a defect
