Service Description
Need to use a U.S. document in another country? I offer step-by-step apostille assistance to make the process smooth and stress-free. Whether it's for international marriage, adoption, education, or business, I'll help you prepare, notarize (if required), and submit your documents for official authentication in the state of Florida. This service is for Florida-issued documents only and does not include legal advice. What's Included: - Initial document review - Guidance on notarization or certified copies (if needed) - Completion of apostille request forms - Submission to Florida Department of State (Division of Corporations) - Optional return shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx - Tracking updates once submitted What's Not Included: - Notarization of documents (can be added as separate service) - Translation or legalization by a consulate - Apostilles for documents issued in other U.S. states
Cancellation Policy
Booking Requirements: - Full payment is required at the time of booking. - Clients email clear scans of their documents in advance for review - Original documents may be required depending on the type (e.g., birth certificates must be certified copies). Turnaround Time: - Standard processing through the Florida Department of State is typically 5-10 business days (plus mailing time). - Expedited courier services may be available for an additional fee. Cancellations & Refunds: - Cancellations requested before submission to the state may receive a partial refund (minus a $25 processing fee). - Once the documents are submitted to the state the service is non-refundable. Rescheduling: - Clients may reschedule once at no additional charge with at least 24 hours' notice. - Additional rescheduling requests may result in a new booking fee or rejection based on availability. Shipping: - Return shipping fees are based on the client's preference (USPS, UPS, FedEx). - The Traveling Signature Co. is not responsible for carrier delays once documents are in transit.
