Service Description
Whether you're planning a milestone celebration, intimate gathering, or destination event, this consultation is your first step to creating something unforgettable. During this session, we'll discuss your event goals, style, budget, and timeline. You'll get expert guidance on next steps, creative ideas, and how I can best support your planning process - from full service coordination to à la carte options like venue research or travel planning. What's included: - A 30 minute virtual consultation (phone, Text, email, or Zoom) - Review of your event goals, vision, guest count, and must haves - General Guidance on vendor categories you may need - High-level tips on how your budget might be distributed based on your event type - Overview of how I can assist - full planning, partial planning, or specific tasks - Follow-up summary via email with next steps and service proposal if needed
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: Payments: - Consultation fee must be paid in full at the time of booking. - If you move forward with a planning package of $750 or more, this consultation fee will be applied as a credit toward your package total. Rescheduling: - Clients may reschedule once with at least 24 hours' notice - Additional changes may require a new appointment and fee Cancellations: - Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may receive a partial refund minus $25 administrative fee - Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable Please note: This cancellation and rescheduling policy applies only to the event planning consultation. Separate terms and policies will apply to full event planning, coordination, or day-of services and will be detailed in your planning agreement.
