Service Description
Need documents notarized on the go? The traveling Signature Co. offers mobile notary services throughout the Parish, FL area and beyond. Whether you need notarization for personal, legal, or business documents, I’ll come to your location and provide efficient and legally compliant notarizations with professionalism and care. Starling at $30 (includes one notarized signature + local travel). Additional travel: $2/mile round trip from Parrish, FL Valid photo ID required. Do not pre-sign documents. Book at least 4 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur fees.
Cancellation Policy
Notary Appointment Requirements & Fees: - Appointments must be prepaid to reserve your time slot. - All signers must present valid government issued photo identification at the time of service. - Documents must NOT be signed prior to the notary’s arrival. Sign in the notary’s presence ONLY, as required by Florida law. - Mobile service for travel up to 10 miles roundtrip from Parrish, FL is included in the service price. - Additional mileage is billed at $2 per mile roundtrip beyond the included distance. - Each additional notarized signature is $10. - After booking, I will contact you to confirm the appointment location and provide a final quote based on mileage or other fees. Rescheduling: - Clients are allowed to reschedule once with at least 24 hours' notice. - Reschedule requests with less than 24 hours' notice may require a new booking. Cancellations: - Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a partial refund minus a $15 processing fee. - Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
