Cancellation Policy

Start your vacation planning with a one-on-one consultation focused on cruises, all-inclusive resorts, or one individual travel service (such as hotel, cars, etc). You'll complete a Travel Intake Form as part of the booking process, which allows me to begin researching your trip immediately. During the consultation, I'll present tailored options and assist with booking if you're ready to move forward. Your consultation will take place remotely by phone, text, zoom, or email based on your preference. Please Note: This consultation does not include custom itinerary design, group travel assistance, or rebooking services (not covered by travel insurance). These are available as separate services. Consultation Booking Window: Appointments may be booked up to 2 weeks in advance Last minute availability bookings allowed up to 1 hour before the appointment Planning Ahead: while consultations must be scheduled within a 2 week window, your actual travel may be planned up to 1-2 years in advance, depending on the travel supplier. Rescheduling Policy: You may reschedule up to 1 hour before your consultation. Cancellation & Refund Policy: All cancellations forfeit the consultation fee, regardless of notice. The consultation fee is non refundable, but will be credited only if you book a cruise or all-inclusive resort through The Traveling Signature Co. If you choose not to book or book a different type of service, the fee remains non-refundable and is not applied as a credit. Client Acknowledgement: By booking this consultation, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
